The IT monitoring system sends an alert whenever it detects a malfunction. The alert is taken over by the NOC NETMIND and is assigned a degree of criticality before being passed to the reference Specialist for resolution.
In the event that the alert is detected as critical and potentially blocking, we guarantee a charge within 4 hours (with remote resolution or on-site intervention if necessary).
Alerts can be set via e-mail, SMS and Whatsapp.
